The Mediterranean reality
Three leaks that cost marinas revenue every summer.
Capacity loss
Paid for, but empty.
Annual berths sit empty for weeks while holders cruise the islands, and arriving transient boats are turned away because the ledger says full.
Office friction
The office runs on the phone.
Bookings arrive by VHF, phone, email and WhatsApp, and end up in handwritten notes and spreadsheets that overwrite each other.
Cash-flow drag
Money gets chased by hand.
Contracts, insurance papers, electricity readings and late payments are followed up one by one, usually after the deadline.
Fill every berth
Sell the nights you're already missing.
When a holder sails away, Berth Share turns their berth into bookable nights and credits the holder. Gaps between bookings are spotted and offered automatically, and prices follow demand within the limits you set.
Berth Share with return guarantee
If a holder comes back early, the guest is moved to an equivalent berth.
Online booking 24/7
Visiting boats book and pay a deposit without waiting for office hours.
Gap filling and waitlist offers
Short gaps between bookings are offered to boats that fit.
Demand-based pricing with your approval
Suggestions stay inside the minimum and maximum you set.
Predictable and protected
How Berth Share turns idle water into revenue.
Step 1: The holder taps "I'm away"
The holder sets departure and return dates in the app or by chat. The office can also declare it for them.
Trigger: absence declared
Step 2: The dockmaster confirms
The berth is only sold after a dockmaster confirms in the app that the boat has actually left.
Check: boat has left
Step 3: MarinaOS sells the nights
The berth is offered to visiting boats that fit, one short stay at a time, at your prices.
Short stays sold
Step 4: The holder gets credit
The holder returns to their berth and the credit earned is applied to their next invoice.
Credit on next invoice
Return guarantee: if the holder comes back early, the guest is moved to an equivalent berth automatically and the dockmaster gets the relocation plan.
Run the marina on autopilot
The office work, handled.
A live map shows every berth. The system recommends where each boat should go and explains why. Contracts are signed online, invoices go to myDATA automatically and reminders go out before anyone has to call.

Revenue estimate
How many nights is your quay missing?
Move the sliders to see how many extra nights Berth Share could sell in a season.
Estimated extra per season
+958 nights
Illustrative estimate: assumes holders are away 21 nights in summer, 38% of those nights are shared and sold, and the marina keeps 60% after holder credit. Your demo uses your own data.

Frequently asked
Operational questions, answered directly.
Do I need to change how my marina works?
No. MarinaOS is set up around your existing berth plan, tariffs, contract types and approval rules. You decide which bookings are instant and which need approval, which berths can be shared and which prices the system may suggest. Every recommendation can be overridden.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of the marina and the state of your current records. Our team draws your berth map over satellite imagery, imports holders, boats and contracts from your spreadsheets or current software, and trains your office and dockmasters. We agree a setup plan with you before the season starts.
Can berth holders refuse Berth Share?
Yes, if your contracts make participation optional. Each marina defines whether Berth Share is opt-in or part of the holder contract, and how much credit holders receive. Holders only earn credit when their berth is actually sold.
Does MarinaOS issue myDATA invoices?
Yes. Invoices and receipts are transmitted to the Greek AADE myDATA platform through a certified e-invoicing provider, with Greek VAT handling, and the MARK is stored with each document.
What happens to my data?
Your marina remains the controller of its customer data and MarinaOS acts as processor under a data processing agreement. Data is hosted in the EU, access is role-based, and every change to bookings, invoices and berth assignments is recorded in an audit log.
What does MarinaOS cost?
Plans are priced by the size of your marina and the modules you use. Berth Share is performance-priced: you pay a share of the extra revenue it brings. Boaters never pay booking fees. Book a demo and we will send a quote for your marina.
