This policy explains how MarinaOS ("we") handles personal data collected through this website. It does not cover data that marinas process in the MarinaOS platform, which is governed by the data processing agreement with each marina.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, work email, phone, marina, role, country and your message.
• Campaign information such as UTM parameters and the referring page, so we know how you found us.
• Basic technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP address in server logs.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, arrange a demo and send information about MarinaOS you asked for. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from businesses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@marinaos.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Where data is stored

Website and enquiry data are stored with providers in the European Union.
