Find the revenue hiding in your quay.

MarinaOS spots empty gaps, oversized berths and missed billing, and tells you what to do about each — with the reasons, and your approval.

Frequently asked

Revenue optimization questions.

Will MarinaOS change my prices automatically?

Only if you allow it. By default pricing suggestions need approval. You can set minimum and maximum prices, and lock published tariffs for regulated or municipal berths.

What is a gap night?

A short free period between two bookings that is too short to sell through normal channels. MarinaOS detects these gaps and offers them to waitlisted boats or as short stays.

Does it explain its recommendations?

Yes. Every berth assignment, pricing suggestion and opportunity comes with the reasons behind it, such as fit margin, occupancy, booking pace and days before arrival.

What is the daily brief?

A short summary each morning with occupancy, arrivals and departures, money owed and the few actions most likely to protect or add revenue that day.
