Frequently asked
Pricing questions.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Plans are annual by default so they cover a full season. Design-partner marinas can agree different terms during the pilot season.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup depends on how much of the berth map drawing and data import you want us to do for you. It is quoted together with your plan before you sign.
Can you migrate data from our current system?
Yes. We import holders, boats, contracts, berths and open balances from spreadsheets or exports from your current marina software.
Do boaters pay booking fees?
No. Boaters never pay booking fees or mark-ups. The price a boater sees is the price your marina sets.
